ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Northgate HR, a supplier of specialist software, IT services and outsourcing solutions to the human resources (HR) and public services market, today announced the appointment of Kay Mason to president of Northgate HR, US. In this role, Mason will guide the company as it expands its presence in the US, leveraging her past successes managing Northgate’s Moorepay division in the United Kingdom. Mason’s appointment follows Northgate’s acquisition of ARINSO, a global HR outsourcing, HR strategy and systems integration firm, marking Northgate’s entry into the US HR management and payroll solutions market.

Mason joins Northgate HR in the US following a successful tenure with the company’s United Kingdom operations as managing director of Moorepay. Under her leadership, Moorepay increased its profits threefold to become the largest supplier of payroll solutions for small to medium enterprises in the UK. She has three years of experience with Northgate and extensive experience managing customer relationships and overseeing the introduction of new products to market. Mason is also an expert at integrating companies following acquisitions, having led six in 18 months with Moorepay.

Mason has almost 30 years’ experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Northgate HR, she held a variety of sales leadership roles in IBM’s software business. Before IBM, Mason managed sales for several companies, including Racal Network Services, RM PLC and Digital Research.

The new, combined Northgate and ARINSO organization offers end-to-end HR solutions, encompassing systems integration, HR outsourcing and technology solutions and implementation. Mason will play an integral role in integrating the two company’s systems and offerings to best meet the unique demands and complexities of US HR organizations.
