French IT Major Steria is all set to acquire UK based outsourcing company Xansa for £456m, Personnel Today reports. Xansa currently has more than 5,000 employees working in its India locations. Xansa provides HR outsourcing services to Lloyds TSB. The deal was signed in 2006 for 5 years. The company also provides other outsourcing services to BBC, Threshers and so on.Steria has more than 10,000 employees is said to be one of the biggest European IT service companies.
