IRI to Receive Aon Consulting as RPO Provider

Information Resources, Inc., which is a supplier of enterprise market information solutions and services, has recently selected Aon Consulting to be its prime RPO service provider. This report was verified by Nick Peligno, Business Development Manager for Aon Consulting. IRI was reportedly using recruitment agencies and other traditional media advertising methods until now. These methods include high cost routes to fulfill recruitment needs and at the same time, company senior HR managers were responsible for hiring decisions and were stretched with limited resources.
The result of this method is a high cost per hire ratio. In order to address these and other challenges, Aon will provide an onsite team for IRI and deploy a customized web-based technology system that will automate the recruitment process as well as enable potential candidates to apply online or submit their details for future opportunities with the company.

Ameren Signs Benefits Contract with ACS

ACS recently signed a Benefits outsourcing contract with the Ameren Corporation. Ameren is one of the largest investor owned electric and gas utilities in the United States.
The contract is set for a duration period of 5 years and covers more than 24,000 Ameren employees.
